The annual Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco is basically a parade of people who are into S&M. Fans of the event value sexual freedom, diversity, and volunteerism. It is the largest fetish festival in the world, featuring over 250 specialty vendors, two live music stages and a DJ-guided dance tent.
