Cameron Diaz was born August 30, 1972, in San Diego, California. She began modeling at age 16 and worked in ad campaigns for Calvin Klein and Coca-Cola. Her first film role was in "The Mask" with Jim Carrey and she's starred in a number of acclaimed smaller films including the existential black comedy "Being John Malkovich." Diaz also provides the voice of Princess Fiona in the Shrek films. |
